Interview
Initially sent through my CV and cover letter. Afterwards, there were psychometric tests, which were quite standard. Finally, there was an individual interview which ran for around 30 - 45 minutes.

Primo contatto telefonico per fissare un appuntamento (dove ti veniva inviato via mail un test di inglese da completare entro un ora) per il colloquio presentativo (spiegavano un po’ l’azienda) e infine un test scritto tecnico. Se si passano questi due test si passa al colloquio con HR e successivamente con manager
Good, not stressful, conversational, enjoyed the process and the final interview was very easy as well. just a conversation with a higher level employee. ended up declining for another big 4 offer.

Interview
Nothing technical, and very relaxed. It is important to realize they just want to see if you’re a normal person and have a personality. Get them to like you, don’t try and make it your main idea to come across as the smartest person ever. Just be personable and like able .
