There are two interviews, one technical, one behavioral. One will most likely be with a partner in the office you are applying to and the other will most likely be a senior manager. The interviews aren't that tough it's more about showing the interviewers your personality and that you have experience learning accounting and showing them your drive and passion in the industry. The cut rate is very high for this process so be sure to show them your best.

Interview
It was good...two back to back with partner...asked pretty basic questions..and it wasn't too hard. Got rejected, but will apply again in the fall. I applied for 2027, so it was probably competitive.
The manager just asked me technical questions relating to financial accounting. If you are confident, have basic understanding of accounting and show a good attitude/your passionate, you will pass the interview
