Interview
behavioral interview, seems ok. did 3 rounds with hr and recruiting team. overall ok experience. meshed well with interviewers. not sure about their hiring direction. not much technical questions in interview.
Smooth and all virtual over teams. Interviewed with a director and managing director for 30 minutes each. Mostly all behavioral questions and nothing technical was asked. After that they reached out with an offer.
the interview process was a mix of good and challenging. I was asked many questions and met with partners and the whole team which was done to ensure i was a good fit.
Only specific about this role and might not be applied to other aeras of KPMG. There are three stages with a behavioural test, then technical test with modelling, then director interview. Technical test includes 1-2 hours modelling in three parts. After that you will know the result in the 3rd round and be asked questions about the specific area.
