Standard process - Submitted resume/cover letter, phone interview, in person interview. However, it was the follow up after the interview that was disappointing to me. I got praised during the interview and thought I had a decent shot at getting the position, but when I waited the timeframe given before interviewer said he would get back to me, I called to check on status. I was told they had a delay in interviewing other candidates, so I would be contacted in another week. Another week passed and nothing. I never got an answer, not even so much as an email that said "We are going a different direction." I was displeased with the lack of communication.
