We do assess working knowledge of some basic FWA principles at the first stage, as it’s important for our HRBPs to be able to think with the possible (worst case) end in mind and provide sound, legally grounded, contemporary advice to our leaders as we navigate employment matters. That said, it certainly shouldn’t have felt like an exam; rather, it should have felt more like a conversation, so I’m sorry to hear it wasn’t a good experience for you.
