There were found rounds of interviews: phone screen with the recruiter, second round with the hiring manager, third round with the team, and the final round with the CEO. While the process was clear, the interview itself were not very well structured. The same question was asked for three interviews. I think it would be better to communicate what questions each interviewer should focus on in the future.
