Kate Spade New York Assistant Manager interview questions

Its a ling interview process, expect to wait for a month or over a month. They were delaying everything. Had 3 interviews and after each interview you have to make for atleast a week or so. I have never experienced this in any other company.

Interview was an hour long. Ice breaker discussion...discussions on training, and what their training looks like. Business challenges, and what I could do to help push the needle forward. How supportive their upper managers are.
