Kate Spade New York Assistant Manager interview questions

I interviewed at my local Kate spade store. The person who interviewed me seemed inexperienced in interviewing and didn’t give me the opportunity to talk about my prior and current job experience. They talk a lot about the company and how great it is. They didn’t ask many questions. It was a strange interview. I was told I would get a call back in a week. It’s been a month so I am assuming I didn’t get the job. I have many years of experience. I would not suggest applying at Kate spade.
