Interview
The interview was great! The interviewer, who is now my store manager, was conversational off the bat; she was so warm and welcoming. She genuinely wanted to know who I was as a person, and she let me lead the conversation when it was appropriate. The interview did not contain cookie-cutter questions, and the topics in the conversation naturally flowed.

Quick and easy, and the management was friendly and open-minded. The interview was only about 20 minutes with a lot of room to ask my own questions and get an understanding of the team and work environment, and most importantly the management expectations.
