I applied online through the kate spade website. I was called about two weeks later to set up an interview. When I arrived to my interview the interviewing manager forgot about my interview. I had to wait for him to find my information. He sat down with me and asked me basic questions about why I want to work at kate spade and where I like to shop. He told me he would check my references and call me later in the week to discuss next steps. He never did. I felt completely disregarded in this process and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
