I applied on their website over a month ago. Got a phone call to schedule the interview less than a week before the interview date. Recently had the interview this week and it was a good experience. It was a "group" interview, but it was only myself and another girl. Interviewer was friendly and the interview itself was simple. It had basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, why Kate Spade, etc. Some of the questions on Glassdoor are accurate, but there were a few questions that I didn't expect. Still waiting for a call back.

Called by manager for an in person interview. The in person interview I was asled around 10-15 competency based questions and generic questions about past experience. Wasn’t told that I didn’t get the role so I had to call the number over a week later and told the position was already filled.

Quick and easy, and the management was friendly and open-minded. The interview was only about 20 minutes with a lot of room to ask my own questions and get an understanding of the team and work environment, and most importantly the management expectations.
