It was a group interview, for seasonal work - but I ended up working there part-time for 3 years.
We all introduced ourselves, the managers described their positions within the company, followed by our own introductions (whether it be us in school or working elsewhere)
It was then followed by relevant customer service experience and we were asked scenario based questions and how we'd go about handling a certain situation.
