I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kate Spade New York (Central Valley, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
I went for the first interview, which was a group interview. They called me back for the second interview, but I declined since I had already found another part-time job offer I liked better. At the group interview they asked pretty standard questions, such as what is your personal style, what experience have you had, why kate spade, what are your career goals for the next five years, how would you describe our company's philosophy. I would definitely recommend sending a thank-you note since I am pretty sure it got me the second interview. It's pretty easy if you're personable and just do a bit of research on the company's website. It's easy if you go in just a little prepared and well-dressed.
