I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kate Spade New York (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2020
Interview
The initial interview was a panel of two store managers from local stores. It was about 30 minutes long with general questions about my past experiences, favorite areas of operations within retail and why I chose Kate Spade to apply to.
I then had a video interview with the District Manager of the area and gave her a mini recap of my resume, she went further into the role and what she is looking for and asked about my knowledge of outlet management and the area in which the store will be located.
I received a phone call the very next day with an offer and emailed the offer letter later that day. The process overall was about 2 and a half weeks long and training to start soon afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kate Spade New York (McLean, VA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied online. The entire process took about 3 weeks. First had a phone interview with the store manager, an in person interview with store manager, then a FaceTime interview with the regional manager. Both managers promised to follow up, yet reneged, in spite of me following up several times. Makes me glad they didn’t offer me the job, as it’s apparent they’re not the type of company I’d want to work for.

Was contacted by a recruiter I knew. Met the DM for coffee. The recruiter called me saying they wanted to discuss salary and we set a time but she never called me back. Unprofessional.
