Interview
At Kate Spade they used several behavioral and situation questions. The manager brought us outside to sit at some picnic tables with helped with my nerves as it was a pretty day out and not chaotic like the store. She opened up with some light questions “do you have any of our products” and “how often do you browse in stores”. She was excellent at rewording the question to be more applicable to you if you were having a hard time answering.
