Online I applied with my C V and covering letter which was reviewed, interviewed by the Store Manager and Area Manager in London. Both made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Group interviews took place in time slots throughout the day. I could pick a time that suited me. Group activities followed by short one on one interviews with the store manager.
