Had two interviews. One with assistant manager, other with store manager. Took about two weeks for the whole process. The first interview was a bit strange. It was cold and drizzling and she made us sit outside when we did it. The second interview was in the back room. The store manager was professional and made the associates leave the room.

Called by manager for an in person interview. The in person interview I was asled around 10-15 competency based questions and generic questions about past experience. Wasn’t told that I didn’t get the role so I had to call the number over a week later and told the position was already filled.

Quick and easy, and the management was friendly and open-minded. The interview was only about 20 minutes with a lot of room to ask my own questions and get an understanding of the team and work environment, and most importantly the management expectations.
