Interview
I went into the Kate Spade store in Westport, CT and handed in my resume to one of the store sales associates. I followed up with a phone call and email to the store email, confirming that the manager had received my resume and asking about next steps. I got a call back about a week later and scheduled a call interview. I was asked back for an in-person interview but at the Greenwich, CT location. I went in for that and felt that it went pretty well. I sent a thank you note and did not hear back for two weeks. In that time, the manager that had interviewed me left so I was asked to re-interview with the new manager with the understanding that this interview would be much less formal. I was offered the job at the end of that second in-person interview.

Was very easy going and did ask about how much you know about the company. Just general questions and was smooth. They do prefer people who are outgoing and if are able to commit to odd hours of working
