I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Kate Spade New York (Singapore) in Aug 2022
Interview
Went through countless interview stages because they were clearly not confident with my skills and capability. In some ways, instead of just rejecting me, they tried to find a role that would suit me. The thought was nice but wasted my time. Because I still have not had any update from my last interview with them. Since this was not the first role that I interviewed for, I was expecting HR to update me on the outcome because I did follow up on the first role that applied for but nothing. Another company that is too big and entitled to even update the interview outcome to the candidate. Please work on your HR department and get them to do the minimum for candidates that took the time to interview. Even if it's a generic robotic email. And don't think that all candidates are the same and do not want to improve on themselves.
