Interview
The first interview is with an EDP hiring manager where they ask basic behavioral questions.
They contacted me a month later to get the second interview done with another hiring manager and the hiring manager from the manufacturing side. This was another interview for behavioral questions and some basic experience and knowledge questions.
Whole process was about 3 months. They seem to want people that will get along with their teams.
