Very clear phone interview, professional, timeframes outlined, questions answered. During 1:1 interview process very informal, unclear if I would be objectively compared to other candidates due to lack of formality.
La entrevista muy bien, detallada, específica y enfocada al puesto. Fueron dos rondas bastante nutridas, aunque al final no informaron del resultado del proceso de selección. Considero pueden mejorar con el cierre del proceso con los candidatos.

Varias personas que nunca dieron feedback. Era una presentación de power point en inglés sobre la empresa y por qué me gustaría trabajar ahí. La duración de la presentación fue de 15 minutos y 10 minutos de entrevista.

Questions based on the typical job interview. Panel interview I would say its the most challenging. In my experience, it was a one hour interview with question after question. But overall, very straightforward questions
