I met with a Finance manager and Senior Finance manager. They took turns reading questions off of a packet clearly from the corporate offices. Typical questions about past experiences and their outcomes. Very nice gentlemen and all around pretty easy interview.

Application submitted. Phone screen a few days later. I was making a lateral career move from another big name manufacturer in the area, and they discussed significantly less tpay for the same position than what I was making.
