Was contacted by a Kellogg's recruiter for the interview. He gave a lot of advice, much of it helpful, and links to websites for research. I had to put together a powerpoint presentation for the interview. My interview took place in the afternoon, and I was specifically told that they were trying to save money on hotel rooms, so I flew out in the morning, then did the interview in the afternoon. The interview itself was supposed to be around 2:30 pm, then the HR assistant came out and told me that it was going to be delayed, so I changed my flight, then they changed their mind again. And initially they were not going to give me a plant tour, but I insisted on one, since I had changed my flight for them.
