I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kellanova (Battle Creek, MI) in Dec 2013
Interview
At the location there was a panel interview with behavioral interview questions along with a casual meet and greet at headquarters in Michigan which was more casual. I was surprised that the interview at HQ was not more rigorous, and I was prepared by scanning the KValues on the company website. Good thing I was prepared because the interview panel of my peers was a complete behavioral based process where I answered 11 questions.
