Interview
The initial application process was done through Kellogg's career website. After the manager received their slate, I was given a phone interview. The phone interview included questions regarding both our leadership competencies and our financial competencies. I received a phone call and an email to let me know that I was moving on in the process to the face to face interview. The panel had 5 people on it. I began with a 15 minute presentation on my career and educational experiences. Then I was asked various questions similar to those from the phone interivew but a larger quantity. I was made an offer over the phone first and then received a formal offer letter via email.
