It was pretty straight forward. I had an in person interview with 2 people. From there, lots of phone calls/interviews until I was finally given an offer. It took a longer time with me because I started in a different department within the company, didn't get that job, but got recommended and eventually hired into my current department (engineering)

Secured interview at career fair. Interviewer was very professional and nice. He had a script of questions that he read from and he recorded my answers. It turned into a conversation about engineering and not just a formal interview. They target juniors for internships.I was a sophomore at the time so I felt a little out of place.
