I applied through the corporate website. Soon after I received an email to take a personality test, then got a phone call a few days later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard. I was asked to go over my resume and afterwards was asked a few normal behavioral interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. A few days later I was told I'd be moving onto the next step of the process, which included a 15-20 minute in depth powerpoint presentation on my resume and a panel interview with five Kellogg employees. Once again, nothing out of the ordinary was asked, only typical behavioral questions. A couple weeks later I was offered the position.
