I applied online, a week later I received an email about a phone screening with the recruiter, a week later a got another call from the recruiter, and she told me she passed my application along to one of the operations managers. I then received a request to schedule a phone interview with the manager, and that phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. He then asked me to come in for another interview. That interview was about 1 hour at a round table with four managers. About two weeks later I received a phone call from the recruit with the job offer and I accepted.

3 part interview process that took almost 2 months. 1st was call with recruiter who called 10 minutes late. 2nd was phone call with manager, who called late . 3rd was skype panel interview. They could see you, but you couldn't see them. 1 manager left in beginning of call, and one got on call 30-40 minutes late. HR manager was a very rude woman. Union that has new contract coming in 2021. Team members and managers not on good terms right now.
