Began with a task as part of initial application, followed by a telephone interview, followed by an afternoon of tasks and face-to-face interviews. Felt like I got a great sense of the company and had really been considered. All down hill from there. Had to chase for news on the status of my application more than once. Then received an automated rejection email with no further contact details provided. Would have been a lot more thoughtful and courteous to provide applicants with feedback from an actual human being, given how much time and effort was invested into the application process for an intern role. There were only a handful of applicants left to contact by the final stage so there really is no excuse. Really put a negative spin on what had initially been an impressive interview process.
