The first step was a phone interview. The interviewer didn't seem at all interested in my answers, at one point they stopped me because they were doing something else, and it seemed like they were just going through the motions of making sure I was an actual person. After that was the face to face interview at the plant. The interviewer, I later learned, actually lied about several things, including the length of time new employees would be kept at a lower pay scale, and promises of new product lines coming to the plant. I received a job offer the same day, by phone, before I even got home from the Interview.
