I applied online. I interviewed at Kellanova

Interview

I found the job on Linked In and sent my resume to someone in the HR Group. I received a call from HR who asked me questions about my past experiences and explained more about the position. The interview was a panel review with 5 other people in the room. They all asked me a question and all the questions were behavioral questions. The interview was for one hour. I received a job offer 2 weeks later.

IT was behavioral questions so there was not any question that was difficult. You just have to make sure you know your resume inside and out.
