The interview was only 10 mins. Managers do not respect interviewer at all. The only question they asked was please provide examples of how to reduce the costs. Besides that they do not even have interview questions ready. In addition, they were late for the interview and not showing professional at all. Two managers seem very young and new had no experience. The same position is being kept to post on the website and it seems the company never is able to hire the right fit.
