Applied online and 3 weeks later received email to set up phone interview with corporate office HR department in Battle Creek, MI. Interview went fine, nothing out of the ordinary ( Behavioral type questions ). She went over the job description in more detail and shared benefits package and hours that would be expected ( 2nd and 3rd shift and with overtime). She said that they would send an email out either way if I would get a 2nd phone interview with the plant HR personnel and if I passed that I would get an invite for a face to face. Currently, I am still under review from the first interview.

Explain how your past roles would fit into this role?
They do the STAR interview, basically scenarios, previous experience. They go over your resume and why do you want to change jobs. Do you know anyone at the plant. Tell me about a difficult situation.

Interview
Internal company recruiter searched me out on LinkedIn and asked for resume. He then setup an interview appointment and expense sheet for travel reimbursement. Met onsite with HR manager & Plant Manager & his staff. I did a 15 minute power point presentation on myself. HR Mgr asked questions, panel then probed my answers. Received a plant tour after the interview. Overall the interview was serious, to the point, and very little feedback given on answers.
