Kellogg provided template to use including employment history, school background, relevant work history, any relevant certifications, why you would like to work there, why you are the best candidate etc. Followed by individual interviews with same individuals for deeper questioning. Group included hiring manager, potential co workers in same department, marketing co-workers.
