I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Kellanova (Chicago, IL)

Phone call with Talent Advisor The irony of someone unskilled who couldn’t take notes, type general reply’s. I shortened and had to repeatedly provide answers to her questions, so she could have the section filled out. I knew with shortening the replies it wouldn’t go any further it was one of my worse interviews. The fact someone who couldn’t type at an average speed, hiring - a highly skilled individual was just disheartening.
