The manager spent 22/30 minutes explaining what the position was about and then asked about my background. I had less than 8 minutes to give him an "elevator speech" which I was not prepared for. The manager seemed to be satisfied and even suggested I was moving to the next stage in the process however I got a later notification from the recruiting company that I was more for a technical role ( I have 30 years of NONE technical roles in my background) than the one offered. After reading the reviews on multiple sites I noticed I was just not given a chance and women are typically discriminated. This was an unfair interview and I will NEVER waste my time looking for a job at this company. I have been a high performer at larger top 50 multinationals, you miss it, not me.
