Phone Interview by Recruiter (basically are you a fit for Kellogg), Phone Interview by Hiring Manager (are you a fit for the team), On-Site Interview (multiple perspectives, and a test to see how you handle the challenge of the interview. On-site done with multiple stakeholders, individually and as a team. Final on-site interviews can take up to 4 weeks for the final candidates, so it's a very long wait process to learn of final outcome.
