Interview
The interview consists entirely of behavioral questions. Every employee is given the same questions that is targeted to answer a question dealing specifically with one of the company values. The interview lasts about an hour. While there may be some probing questions, all of the questions are pre-set and each one of them has to be asked before proceeding.

The HR department used an outside recruiter. Several phone interviews, then flew to Chicago for 1:1 interviews. was told to submit my expenses. Expenses never reimbursed, calls never returned. Most unprofessional experience in my professioanl career.
