I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kellanova in Oct 2014
Interview
There were two rounds. The first was on campus. Two recruiters and they were really friendly. They asked typical behavioral questions. The second was over Skype and was more serious but again just behavioral questions
Submitted an application online then was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about thirty minutes long. A few days later I was contacted with an offer.

Question 1
Regular behavioral interview questions were asked.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Kellanova
Interview
Really straightforward process that did take over 50 days due to hiring manager being on vacation. Really friendly, but did want to know technical skills before making the final decision. I followed up and all efforts to show enthusiasm for the position were greatly appreciated by the team. I was interviewed by the people I would be working with, not some HR person. Also, the over-the-phone interview portion was by my future supervisor, so that was cool that hiring managers take the time to conduct these themselves.
