I applied online and waited for a response. I tried to get follow up through Facebook, linked In and also through the local office. No response.
6 weeks later I got an email saying I was no longer under consideration. Very disappointed with the process; I wish they provided with some feedback.
First an hr screen, then panel interview
Questions were very similar from hr to panel. Expect variety of clients and seniority.
Generic STAR questions related to role. Nothing crazy but all prepared beforehand
Several online interviews, organized process and professional people. Standard int questions with a few that asked for star method to explain. Nothing really tricky to answer and allowed time for me to Ask questions too
The process is a table panel of 4 or more managers/coworkers consisting of behavioral situations or STAR assessment. Process is long and can take over 30 days to receive an offer or rejection.
