Kellanova Merchandiser interview questions

Phone interview with district Hiring Manager. Mix of basic behavioral questions and past work experience. Very straight forward. 20-30 minutes. Majority of the time was spent learning more about the company rather than answering questions.

I interviewed probably a year or so ago from 2015. The interview was easy, I knew exactly what and what not to say. Having worked for a direct competitor allowed me great insight. I was offered the job on the spot but could not except because the pay was absolutely ridiculous at $8/hr. I was making $10 for the other company. Even more appalling was the fact that they didn't even offer mileage. These companies that hire merchandisers should have a fleet vehicle for you to use during the day....That will never happen though.
