Brief phone interview with hiring manager, which led to a four hour online interview with ten employees. Everyone seemed warm and welcoming. However, after the interview I was basically ghosted

2 rounds of interview, both face to face. first round was rather lengthy with asking a lot of personality questions and also some technical questions. I thought I did badly but I was called for second round. Second Round interview is with more senior management. the senior HR personnel left the interview towards the end abruptly, which I was taken aback. Overall, rather ok experience.
