I went to an on-site and interview and WOW!!! The facility is huge and recently remodeled and looks amazing. They had a secured facility/parking lot (It is in downtown Des Moines), a pond, excellent landscaping, an employee gym/locker room, and a funky/comfy cafeteria. They certainly nailed attracting talent, however, pay was at the low end from my perspective. I did a presentation for the first part of my interview and then answered questions by 3 or 4 panels of 2, then did a quick tour, and finished with a run-through of benefits with HR. I was up against 1 other person and I came in 2nd, so no offer.
