HR screening followed by 1 hour call from director followed by a surprise round table interview. HR specifically told me the interview would be with 2 members of the company and would be an hour. I get into the interview and there are 8 members there and they ask me to start my presentation. I had prepared no presentation as no one had informed me about the presentation. The interview continued with just questions from each member within the call. The questions were very basic and only 1 member was in a discussion mood. Extremely unorganized. I have had better interviews from when I was in highschool working at the movie theater. After the interview and their clear confusing they didn't even offer me an opportunity for another interview or offer me a chance to do a presentation after hearing I was supposed to give one within the interview. They did not give an offer but there is no chance I would have accepted based on that experience. It was comical.
