I applied online. I interviewed at Kendo in Apr 2026
Interview
Includes 3 rounds of interviews. 1st is a recruiter screening, 2nd is with the hiring manager, and the 3rd round includes an in-person onsite with the hiring manager and 3 cross-functional partners. I was ghosted after the 3rd and final on-site round. This is extremely unprofessional, especially after I had gone through multiple rounds and had taken the time to meet the team in the office.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kendo
Interview
applied online and contact led by recruiter to set up additional phone calls. it was fairly decent. there were a lot of steps and interviews. there was also an exercise/test component that did take up a good chuck of time to complete. but overall good experience.
The interview process was straight forward, that being said the hiring timeline for a decision kept changing course, and ended up being 4 weeks from final interview to hearing back. A bit disorganized, but everyone was very nice.
