I’ve never seen a worse combination of execs/SVPs in my life. They take ZERO accountability and all they do is gossip and bully. The work load is NOT normal and they will try to brainwash you otherwise. Not one change has been made since they started doing the employee voice survey - seems like just a cop out to pretend they care about their employees. The content bullying and burnout is not worth it trust me.
