Interview
I interviewed with five people individually in half hour increments, questions were easy and pretty laid back. Some of the interviewers didn't seem too affiliated with the potential job and weren't sure of what to ask me, I felt like I had to ask questions to keep the momentum. Every single person asked how I dealt with stress and "personalities" in upper management. I was told to stay by the phone for next steps, and then I was asked by a manager to reach out to for an additional question. I emailed her several times to no response. A week later I received an automated rejection email, with no explanation of why the process was never finished. I hate that everyone is "sooo busy" they can't even email a candidate back to say thank you, but I got the vibe everyone is so stressed out there that they can't be bothered to be polite.

Interview
Interview process was a 3-stage process. Recruiter/HR, Manager you'll report to, and the Team's Manager. It was all a smooth process. The HR manager was amazing and took the time to make me feel comfortable during the interview process.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted within the same week to schedule a brief phone screening. If the recruiter had the intention of sounding condescending, then I would say she succeeded. Her attitude throughout the whole interview made me rethink working for this company. It's interesting that a recruiter who has no interest in makeup or beauty (as she let me know) would be recruiting for a company in the beauty industry. I’m not writing this review on the basis that I did not receive a call back for an in-person interview but genuinely because this was a negative interaction. I hope their recruiters will learn from this review and improve their interview experience.
