The overall interview process was formulaic and similar to other companies offering this type of role. I spoke with a recruiter via phone, then spoke with the hiring manager, and then came into the offices to meet with 5-7 different people who were cross-functional partners and leaders in the area. Several 30 minute appointments back to back. However, there were two hiccups that fell to the recruiting team. Initially I spoke with one recruiter who told me the job was no longer open on January 31st. When I spoke with a second recruiter the following week, it was still open. Secondly, after the interview, I went 3 1/2 weeks without hearing anything from the company. I had to reach out to the recruiter to get a status update. Typically most recruiters will give me an update weekly, even if its just an e-mail saying they are still currently interviewing others. This told me volumes about the company culture. What went from being my #1 job choice post-interview lost some luster once the weeks went on without follow-up.
