Applied via LinkedIn and was contacted within a day by the hiring manager. Did an initial phone interview and then received an email a couple of weeks later with an excel test which is submitted and apparently passed since I was invited to the next round. I met with about 5 team members and I received several comments about my skills matching perfectly since I was already in a similar role. Towards the end of the interview I was asked to “present” which was fine, however a heads up about making a presentation would have been fair and helpful. A followed up a couple of times after the final interview and heard back that I wasn’t a “personality match.” A little frustrating since my skills were very alligned with the position, but after reading the reviews maybe it was for the best. They were upfront about the salary which was low for the position and workload that was inferred. I’m sure they get tons of applicants due to the brand name but the salary is lower than the position that I landed a couple of months later.
