Question 1
How would you motivate your team if they weren’t hitting targets
I applied online. I interviewed at Kendo (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Bad Experience due to lack of professionalism of recruiter, I couldn't answer the call and when I called back like 1 min later they didn't answer the phone, I left a voice mail, send several email with my apologies and never reply none of them, waist of time and lack of respect and professionalism that makes me believed in all the bad reputation that the company has with their employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kendo in Mar 2018
Interview
Probably the worst interview ever. I ended getting an offer which I tried to negotiate because the base salary was WAY under what this role is supposed to make. I was told I was brave to come back with a counter offer...For a company which is all about empowering women this is a joke. Your compensation system is unfair, of course. you are "heavy" on the bonus side but what is the guarantee that you actually get the bonus? Plus, almost half of it is going to taxes, are the employees supposed to hold their breathes until March? I was even asked if I was just doing this for money. Anyway, I probably dodged a bullet. Not every is acceptable because this is KENDO, align the compensation system with SF market and respect people.
